First Fresh Foods was a new, emerging brand in the chicken sausage market that needed to create brand awareness and generate buzz for distribution in the southeast and northeast.
Hughes Media successfully increased First Fresh Foods’ brand awareness through asset creation and engagement with brand ambassadors, taking the company from 0 followers across all major social media platforms to now 10,000 in a few short months .
Recipe Creation and Social Brand Strategy
The Hughes Media team created over 35 recipes and photographed and produced over 35 recipe videos that were shared across social media channels and video hosting sites. These recipe videos resulted in high engagement among social media followers, increased visits to the First Fresh Foods website for other recipe finds, and product requests from bloggers and social media influencers around the country.
Consumer-Focused Responsive Website
Hughes Media built a responsive WordPress recipe website for First Fresh Foods’ target audience: healthy-conscious women between the ages of 25-50 who enjoyed cooking and creating nutritious meals for their families; we also targeted Gluten-Free enthusiasts. The website includes a regular recipe index and gluten free recipe index as well as information about the company and product.
There was a surge in website visits after the campaign launch, receiving close to 1,000 visits on most days within the first month. From spring 2016 to end of the 2016 year, First Fresh Foods received almost 40,000 website visitors, 10,000 social media followers, 32 engages bloggers from around the country, and over 2000 social media shares.
