Hubert Kang is our Account Strategy Lead, bringing a unique blend of corporate marketing expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and a deep understanding of small business growth to the Hughes Media team. With an impressive background that includes roles at Microsoft and IBM, Hubert has honed his ability to align marketing strategy with real-world business goals, helping clients enhance their brand visibility and achieve measurable results.

Before joining Hughes Media, Hubert owned and helped turn around a gym franchise, successfully revitalizing its operations and marketing performance before exiting in 2022. He also served as an Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of Georgia (UGA) Small Business Development Center, where he taught digital marketing and advised business owners throughout the Atlanta area.

At Hughes Media, Hubert leads account strategy for our clients, leveraging his broad experience and strategic insight to deliver integrated marketing solutions that drive growth. He brings a fresh perspective rooted in omnichannel marketing, data-driven strategy, and AI innovation—helping businesses stay competitive and forward-thinking in today’s digital landscape.

Hubert currently serves on the Board of The Red & Black, where he began his media journey as an undergraduate at the University of Georgia. He is also an MBA alumnus of Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
