Monica Bixby is the Account Director and a dynamic leader at Hughes Media, where she provides strategic direction and serves as a trusted sounding board to both the account management and channel teams. With more than 13 years of marketing experience, Monica brings exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, and a deep understanding of client needs to every partnership she manages.
Her strength lies in creating structure and process, the backbone of agency success, while ensuring each client’s marketing strategy is built to convert leads and deliver a measurable return on investment. Monica’s experience working within client-owned platforms such as Service Titan, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, HubSpot among others allows her to collaborate seamlessly with client-side teams and keep campaigns running efficiently across systems.
Monica is also a dedicated educator both for Hughes Media’s internal team and for clients, helping others understand how data, process, and creative strategy come together to drive results. As one of the agency’s leaders in adapting AI technologies, she continually finds new ways to deliver high-value insights and outcomes for clients.
Prior to joining Hughes Media, Monica held key roles in social media, SEO, and digital marketing at organizations including TtMadrid TEFL School, The Center for Art & Entertainment, Get Ranked 365, and Ehlen Analytics. Her leadership, experience, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable part of Hughes Media’s success.
